Full Media Release Terms & Conditions

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT - Jamijo Kids Workshop
 

1. Authorization & Rights: By completing registration and opting in, the parent/legal guardian hereby grants Timbre Theory Studios LLC ("Studio") and Jamijo Kids ("Host"), including their authorized employees, representatives, and contractors, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to capture, produce, publish, and distribute digital photographs, audio recordings, and video clips of the registered participant during scheduled workshop activities and student showcases.
    

2. Permitted Use: Captured media may be used across any official digital or printed media platforms, including but not limited to business websites, social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), promotional flyers, email newsletters, and local marketing materials.
    

3. Waiver of Compensation: The parent/legal guardian acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that neither the parent nor the child will receive financial compensation, royalties, or ownership claims regarding the captured media.
    

4. Safety & Privacy Commitment: Neither the Studio nor the Host will publicly publish a child’s full last name, personal contact information, or sensitive private details alongside any published photos or videos without separate explicit written consent.
    

5. Opt-Out Policy: If you do not consent to your child being photographed or filmed during the workshop, leave the Media Release box unclicked. Your child will fully participate in all music activities without restriction, and studio instructors will ensure they are excluded from group promotional photos and videos.
